Ruin of the Erisian Pyramid

For years, an ancient force of Chaos has languished, imprisoned beneath the streets of Shallam... until today. Rampaging through the Jewel of the East, the Marvinogian laid waste to the city, threatening total destruction until the followers of the Light were able to drive it from their walls.

Moments later, the voice of Babel called out, directing the entity instead to a great pyramid in the desert: the temple of Eris, the departed goddess who once claimed Chaos as her own, and Babel's hated enemy. Ruthlessly the Marvinogian descended upon the pyramid, ripping the seed of Chaos from within the great golden apple at its apex. As the creature departed with its prize, the temple trembled, falling to ruin in its wake...

Update! In the months following the destruction of the pyramid, devotees of Nature gathered in the midst of a dying forest deep within the ruined temple. There they performed a sacred blessing to heal the wounds caused by Oblivion, returning the tainted aspects of the chaotic forest to Nature's grasp and leaving only a hollow cavern in its place!
